She is guilty as ****. The evidence was overwhelming in pointing that she was at least involved. The chances of the story her defense being true is very low. In the court of law it is much easier to defend then prosecute.
The chloroform in her car, the lies, the fact she borrowed a shovel, the fact she had no remorse following the disappearance of her kid, the fact she never reported her daughter missing and never planned to. They all point to guilt.
Its pretty fishy that she never mentioned her daughter drowned and her dad covered it up until her trial. Kind of makes you think it was a story made up by her defense.
Though there was never evidence that revealed how Caylee exactly died. The evidence of Casey covering it up and misleading the police proves that she was responsible for her daughter's death. Common sense would tell you she is guilty, but her defense was good at fabricating a story that couldn't be disproven. Like I said before its easier to defend than prosecute. The prosecution has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that someone is guilty. The defense only has to cast some doubt, yet doesn't haven't have to prove much.
Casey had a good defense and she slipped through the cracks of the system. She is a psychopath that doesn't deserve even an atom of oxygen. I'm insulted she is even touching the same planet that I live on.
In the end Casey got what she wanted, freedom from the baggage of a child. She likely used chloroform to knock her daughter out so that she could go out and party without having to hire a baby sitter. She likely used too much and killed Caylee accidentally. However, being a crazy person she liked being free of her daughter and decided to finally have some fun. I suspect she tried cover it up but knew she would be caught eventually, so she partied as hard as she could before getting arrested.
At first, i believed that she did kill her. But then last summer i watched the trial for hours, and then started to believe that she didnt. When i watched the trial, there were tests showing how there was no evidence that she took her kids body and buried it. I kind of believe that it was an accident. I think she over drugged her or that she fell into the pool and Casey got scared and didnt know what to do, and thats why she didnt tell anyone about the death until later on.
The only people who think she's NOT guilty are 12-22 year old males with an excess of testosterone so bad that they find the smelly little pig "sexy."
Of course, they find ALL smelly little pigs "sexy...."

Okay, first I just want to say I do NOT know Casey Anthony. I just have a feeling in my heart that it wasn't her who killed Caylee or it was an accident like she drugged her with chloroform and then went to a party and she died of over heating ? I know that's bad! But, In my head it's saying "Casey killed Caylee" and in my heart it's saying "I honestly don't think she did." Please no rude comments !
