They aren't affiliated with a union. If the employee does so they do it on their own and Walmart doesn't encourage it.

No union when the workers voted one in at a store in Canada they closed it an all the people lost their jobs.

We aren't part of a union. Why would we want that??? I love working 80 hours a week with my boss at my throat. I sure love being paid minimum wage I can sure make a really good living! Why would I want health insurance or benefits? Screw retirement who needs that anyways? Oh and I loooooove working holidays and not getting to see my family thats my favorite part!!!
