Because she is a psychotic jealous nutcase. First she said she wasn't there. Then she said two ninjas did it. Then she said it was self defense. She was clearly madly in love with him and just wasn't interested in her in the same way. It was just sexual for him. She is a complete whore as evidenced in the sex tape they played today. She thought she could win him as a husband with sex and when it didn't work and she found out he had real feelings for someone else, she killed him.
Jealousy. He was not into her anymore and was moving on in life (he had started getting in touch with other women). They obviously still had a sexual relationship though (he wasn't into her he was just a typical man so he still had sex with her).
