The radiation from the leak is not affecting Korea or any other country's food.
The radiation leak isn't even affecting Japan's food.
Japan doesn't gather seafood from that region, nor does it grow crops, or anything else having to do with food.
In addition, the ports around the world scan all incoming containers for radiation. It doesn't matter where the container came from or what it is carrying. Everything is scanned for radiation due to security concerns. So even if Japan tried shipping contaminated food to another country, it would be detected, and returned.
Seriously, you have nothing to worry about from the radiation problem. I'd be far more concerned about the amount of mercury and other poisons in the seafood before I'd be worried about radiation.
