Brighthouse will say you have let them down as they have let you have credit with no checks. You will have broken your word and lost your honour and will find it almost impossible to get anything in future as Brighthouse will put on a black list.

The baylifts will come round and take all the stuff you have bought from them but you will still owe them a lot of money, there is no way of getting out of paying the money back unless maybe you enter into an IVA they will still take the stuff back from you though, You can't ignore them, ring them and tell them you can't afford to pay the payments they may come to some arrangement with you.

My motto is if you can't afford it, don't buy it! Brighthouse in my opinion is a shop for poor people who already can't afford it but they buy it anyway and it makes them much poorer. Brighthouse and all the other high interest places such as pay day loans should be shut down.

Bailiffs will come and take your stuff without reimbursing you for the amount you paid, of they can't get into contact with you police will be involved and maybe even go to court, so I suggest by ignoring them, just phone them up and work out a way so you can pay I'm sure they will understand.

bayliff come and take ANYTHING they can sell to repay the debt (they sell for pitance), you will also have their charges and court orders added to what you owe.

i have 10 grands worth of stuff from brighthouse and cant afford to pay for it but dont want to give it back either so what will happen if i ignore them totally? im not bothered about my credit rating or score and im not bothered if i get a ccj. i just dont want the police turning up,what will they do cos i just want to pretend they dont exsist
