It is clear you know nothing about the law, fairness, or the basis for her decisions.
So no, she should not be disbarred. She did not violate any rules. Extreme liberal views? Are you kidding me? A lot of her decisions were pretty darn conservative. By they way, she was appointed by conservative Jeb Bush. She was also a prosecutor for most of her career. Not exactly liberal work.
She was re-elected in a conservative area.
But don't let the facts get in your way.
I don't know. Justice prevailed anyway; and she probably suspected that the law would be upheld.
There are others who deserve disbarment more. Like Angela Corey for one.
Why is it that most idiots seem to always have an opinion but never any facts ?
For being so opened biased in the Zimmerman trial. It was very clear that she was against reason, the law, and the right to a fair trial. It was also clear from the start that she was appointed only because of her extreme liberal views on the Constitution.
