well, a leopard never truly changes...once she has piled back on the weight through endless kebabs shared with the next paedophile boyfriend while she plots to hide the nxt kid under the bed, the old karen will be back...she is trying to change her image now, or the media are so we will perceive her differently...but whatever she looks like quite frankly i hope she never sees her children again for what she did and if some one sets fire to her next home she gets paid for off the government, probably under some protection act, one can hardly blame them....she is on the same par as maxine carr in my eyes...she had to change her name. but lets face it karen matthews has not the intelligence to keep up a new appearance for long, or even remember or spell a new name!!
I guess because no access to McDonalds, KFC, alcohol or drugs. They also make you wash, which I don't think she did much of before!

She's came out a well adjusted member of society. The Prison Service has done an excellent job.

Look at the wider picture. So many young females see single parenthood as the only career option. Boyfriends come and go with no-one having real parental responsibility for the children.
For probably the first time in her life she has had structure, healthy food, no access to drugs or alcohol and WOW!!
It will be hard for her to continue without the discipline of the prison routines.

prison has fed her and she has not had financial worries , she has a low IQ so she may of had some education too

Ive just looked at her and she looks 10 yrs younger!! do u think shes been airbrushed? if she hasnt I suppose its because shes had no money worries or having to get up in the night with poorly, crying children.
she should of got life and not got released because everyone's after her blood for what she did to her own daughter. now she want us the tax payer to her children back and it's gonna cost us a lot of money to give her a new ID.
just like the Jon Venables and that Robert Thompson. the government needs to wake up stop give these people new id's on the tax payers
