"Teach you a lesson" is an old saying.Concerted efforts through Human rights watch and the pressure by the country of the origin of the affected people will enable Sri Lanka to punish the wrong doers and settle the issue amicably. Sri Lanka should try to differentiate between innocent and the terrorists.So also the Government of India.

It is a paradox as to who will teach who a lesson.Each claims to be the taught and brands the other as the teacher.So in this situation,it becomes hard to identify individually though together they both can be jointly IDed leaving it to to the reader to identify for himself.
