it a reference to when prisoners drop the soap in the shower and have to bend over to pick they get raped, even if you squat you can easily be pushed over and the same happen but that does not really accour now like it did in the past.
In jail it's known that prisoners use a bar of soap to wash with.
Soap bars are very slippery, so if they fall out of your hand, you have to bend over to pick it up.
BUT, prisons are known to have a homosexual culture (too much testosterone isn't always good) so bending over sends an invitation to another prisoner that you want sex, so he will try and take you from behind.
Hence why the warning not to drop the soap.
Bad news for you dude. You can't bring body wash to jail..you'll get a bar of soap. Be careful when picking it up.
When you go to jail, say goodbye to the days when you use body wash or do whatever you please. It's jail, not a resort, so there won't be a mint on your pillow either. Geez!!

drop the soap means you don't hold your soap well because of your carelessness or because you are absent-minded. Then you might put yourself in a vulerable position so we should avoid dropping the soap.
make a hole in the soap , and thread a long piece of string through , tie a circle in the string and put it over your head . hey presto if it slips out of your hands , you wont have to bend over to get it back .
It means , unless you are gay , do not bend over to pick up the soap
