Yes we ARE put on Earth to help one another! You are a good kid!! I agree that you can start to help by volunteering at a soup kitchen or something like that. But make sure you focus on yourself not being homeless one day, so get a good education, stay off drugs, obey your parents, etc.

Unfortunately, the truth is "some number" (whether it's some, a few, many, or a lot) of the homeless are on the street because they want to be there. They live in back alleys, under stairways, dine out of dumpsters, and don't want any handouts or help from anyone. They prefer to live "off the grid" for various reasons including they don't want to be found or pay any taxes.

Donate and live your life. You are a kid with good intentions, leave it at that.
