There was a documentary aired on Discovery channel on Sunday evening called JFK the Smoking Gun ( or something like that title.) that basically said that the president was shot accidentally by one of his Secret Service men. I missed most of it when it was on earlier in the evening and missed it the second time it was on. Maybe check out the Discovery channel online to see if the will be airing it again.EDIT This documentary discussed how evidence was tampered with ,that some witnesses were not called to testify etc. I don't know how factual it was but what I saw was interesting. A lot of video, recreations and opinion to keep you listening.Just checked it is airing on the10,22 and 23 of Nov. if you\re interested.
The ballistics evidence points to JFK being shot, accidentally by one of the secret service agents in the car following him.
There are photos of an agent with an automatic rifle drawn in the car behind JFK's during the shooting and eyewitness accounts of seeing the agent thrown back in his seat as the motorcade sped away from the scene. Also dozens of eyewitness statements claim to have smelt gunpowder at street level.
JFK was killed by his own body guards.
I don't know of any new evidence. The assassination was 50 years ago this month.
There is no new evidence that I know of but there is a claim by the son of a former CIA agent (I think CIA...maybe FBI...I can't remember) who says his dad told him it was an inside job and of course, he wrote a book about it. I have not read it. It sounds beyond silly.
