Consider this:India should alongside Pakistan investigate whether woman in the Eaast Indian army or pakistan army are raped by male soldiers like in the u.s. army. also if woman are raped by male soldiers in The Canadian or Mexican armies. if venezuelan army under chavez type government has no rapes of women soldiers in venezuelan army. if islamic jihad or al qaea prevents rapes of indian women in indian army or pakistan army or if pakistan workers prevent rapes of east indian women soldiers in indian army.
