FDA has approved it.. as far as i know there aren't any real implants being done yet... i suspect it will start with sex offenders and small children... once they are implanting all children... .
The RFID chip is being implanted into unsuspecting innocent citizens all over the world without their knowledge with drastic and shocking cosequences. This has been going on ever since ths RFID was invented. Secret crime.
