it does seem like that, but the United States must not upset itself about it as they are a very good country in all other ways.
Not even close. Look at the gun related deaths that pile up every day in Muslim countries like Afghanistan, and in Mexico. Civilians in those cesspools are whacking each other at a phenomenal rate, and not just with guns. As far as guns go, the lunatic Muslims give AK-47s and RPGs as baby shower gifts.
Today's horror was an aberration. In places like Afghanistan amd Mexico it's a daily occurrence.
Americas is #2 Africa is #1 according to a new study Nov 2012. Still I remember a war was in the Middle East and it was put on the news that there were more deaths that month in L.A. That was about 20 yrs ago. That's when I realized we have a serious problem.
Thats probably true, yes. I just saw a tweet from someone in Syria shocked and horrified by what happened. SYRIA. The US needs to tighten gun ownership laws.
It is not true. We are close, number 4 on the list. We are the third largest nation by population however.
Possibly. Other countries have more gun murders as a proportion of their population, but in real terms it probably is.
Yeah, and it's very sad.
It only takes one mentally disabled person, or someone under extreme pressure to commit these desperate horrendous acts - then whole families and neighborhoods suffer.
Civilian gun deaths yes, but not military.
so sad
I heard this somewhere, and considering what happened today, I was wondering if it was true.
