So, Theresa makes a real screw up over arresting AQ, AFTER journalists had checked and told her department that midnight on Tuesday was the last time an appeal could be made, she decides to not only jump the gun and arrest on Tuesday (after alerting the media of course) but makes no mention, stating that she was absolutely confident she was right, nowfour days after it has all gone t**s up, a Tory supporting paper prints this.."Senior sources in Mrs May’s department told The Mail on Sunday that the ECHR had reminded Qatada last Monday that he still had the option to appeal.
One said: ‘They took it upon themselves to go to Qatada’s legal team and say, “You haven’t appealed yet. Are you likely to appeal?”?’ ", also, it states that the ECHR have made "NO COMMENT", so, her department make this claim without any knowledge of what may, or may NOT have happened...
You should also be aware that HE had no reason to lodge any appeal, after all, the case against deportation was found in his favour, the Government LOST the case, it was up to them to appeal, not AQ
What his solicitors have lodged with the ECHR is a complaint that May acted before the appeal limit was up to try to deport. This will probably be found to be a breach of the court ruling and may well result in another hearing which could take a few YEARS to come before the court again, all for the sake of waiting a day...

to get out of Europe........ the EHR judges have been accused of "alerting" muslim cleric ABU QATADA he still had time to lodge an appeal....if this is the case then .....I think we should get out now....
