Actually it seems that the "star witness" and this witness have two different versions of what they think happened during the initial confrontation. One on a phone and one from a distance and in the dark. More problematic testimony for the prosecution. The new witness, the realtor, has already admitted in deposition that it was a confusing situation and that she was hiding in her bedroom when the shot was fired. They have this comment from her on the 911 tape. Too bad we don't have a witness to what actually happened. It looking weak here for the prosecution at what was supposed to be one of the strong parts of their case. I would really like to find out what actually happened in this case but right now the prosecutions case seems to be one of only conjecture. Reasonable doubt seems to be very prevalent thus far. Long way to go though.

He would have also been killed by hittler is he were still alive so what gives this man the right to kill a child who was just visiting his parents racism is really rewinding society and heres something else he also revived his rights by us "n****s" by black boycotts and Martin Luther king and our people were brought here a long time ago could he say the same Im not a pejudice but there are Hispanics who act the same way as us blacks, if it were a Hispanic in the same perdigament would he have conducted himself in the same manner. This case should have been over a long time ago he killed someone and if he had killed a white person would he have received to same treatment that he is getting. Also why is he bending the truth .

it could mean alot of diffrent things to diffrent people. Look, the state needs to put up a real witness that says flat out this is what I saw and heard, in plain english with no wishy washy coined in terms of may have been and unsure answers. But they cant, because none of the witnesses really saw or heard anything without reasonable doubt. And reasonable doubt is why Zimmerman is going to walk. The state has not proven anything thus far.

Zimmerman is a total liar, scumbag racist murderer. He is a bigot and he should get prison time.

The new witness on the stand said there was a back and forth between the two. So would that mean that Zimmerman was lying when he said he was jumped by Martin right after Martin said "why you following me"?
