G4S shares value tumble; are employees wages safe ?

Yes. The stock did not lose 50% of its value. You made that up. Why?

What a company is worth on the stock market can reflect on its ability to pay its bills. However, even after paying huge lumps of money because it couldn't deliver on the deal, G4S is still on course to make a huge profit from the Olympics. The stock market markdown is because it won't be making as much profit as it thought. If it continues to be undervalued, one of its rivals will buy it. That's likely to lead to wide scale job cuts, but everyone will still be paid.

Since their role at the Olympics affects national security, those who fail to turn up for work will eventually be prosecuted. After the games, we might have to use the stadium as a prison.

if value of stocks are devalued by 60% now there is a firewall system for warnings, a investment investigation should take place?

Do your job and then worry about your wages.

If investors think G4S is an unsafe investment, shouldn't employees worry for their jobs? And would any Olympics "Temp" be naive enough to think that this company will still exist after the games, to pay their wages ?

When a company loses 50% - 60% value on the Stock Exchange overnight, is it even worth an Olympics employee spending money on bus fare to turn up ?
