Maybe France believe it or not. France was involved in the whole overthrow of Libya and Egypt. In fact France had a larger role in overthrowing Gadhaffi in Libya than the USA did, but Obama got the credit.
Some of the " wanna be powerful " countries will join.
But they will let U.S. do all the fighting.
Then when the smoke clears, the dust settles, and the ground soaks up all that blood.
They will blame the U.S. for breaking the U.N. treaty.
I don't know ONE AMERICAN that wants to attack Syria!
