Being on the outside, I do not know her entire history. Other than her economic policy, for which we are still suffering the consequences, did she do anything else? She did give Britain a boost in its power status with the Falkland's war. I suspect she must also have done something else to help the people of the UK either economically or socially. Everything has two or more sides and the total of these is the true object. She was a strong leader with faults. Show me one that wasn't or isn't.

The conservatives dumped thatcher when she became a vote loser and did not stand by her, and other countries copied the Uk until it started to go wrong and then they dumped thatcherism.
