And I think the investigation was done by completely incompetent people who compromised the evidence. And THAT is why the jury could NOT find him guilty as charged... Marcia Clark did the best she could with the crap the police handed her...

Of course, most people do. The only people who don't are African Americans who listened to people who wanted to make it a trial about prejudice, like the lawyer he had. I was at a high school when the verdict was read on the intercom-why, I don't know. The whoops and hollers from the African Americans was so sad. I was walking in a hall, one young boy started to scream yeah!, saw me, and stopped. At least he was respectful.

Only good thing that has come out of that terrible night, OJ has shown his true colors over the years since then. KARMA-love it.

He can't be retried. Double jeopardy. OJ could walk up to a dozen cops and say "I did it" and their would nothing they could do to him. In the Rodney King case the cops were tried in federal court for violating king's civil rights not for beating him. That's how they got around the double jeopardy defense.

If it's true they are re-opening the case - why?

Because they didn't like the last verdict?

What does that mean? Courts can try and try a case until certain people get what they want?

Is that justice?

Thats an old story and as I am not an American and dont know the inns and outs and gossip of the case I can only take the verdict of this great American court. which was not guilty as far as I remember.
