I always believed they should've gone right back up to show our defiance but the Freedom Towet is spectacular! So, as a NYer, I'm more than satisfied and relieved to finally have that horrifying void gone.
No, I think this would be just a painful reminder of what happened.
They could have had a different structure with security like the freedom tower and could have been much taller.now,I understand why people think it is a bad idea. It brings back the bad memories of the day but doesnt the freedom tower do the same
