Hauge like many other politicians live in a political world where they feel that they need to do something about syria. What amazes me about the whole political class is the hypocrisy of the rhetoric that they spout when giving responses. I just wonder what they would do if a similar situation arose in the UK. I wonder whether Cameron would resign, or whether he would send the troops in to quell an uprising. I think the answer would be that Cameron would do exactly the same as Assad in fighting back against rebels who where wrecking the country.

Seriously, it's a great national pastime to bash up politicians and from the safe position of not actually having to do anything ourselves call them names like buffoons, incompetents etc but you are wrong. Hague is no-one's fool.

Like most politicians at ministerial level they are incompetent buffoons and added to this Hague has not got the statesmanship, diplomacy or bottle for the job, it is too big, too important and too demanding for him. A foreign secretary should be a pro-active statesman, not an after the event commentator he should be constantly helping to defuse situations that could effect the UK and man-kinds security, in Tehran, Damascus,Argentina, Mali, Islamabad, instead of sitting in his office, hurling abuse whilst doing nothing positive.
foreign Secretary is one of the most important functions in Government not just a season to exotic, sunny, havens far away from any agro.

The rebels in Syria have kidnapped UN peacekeepers and have executed Government soldiers.
We or HE is dragging us into ANOTHER war.
A armoured veichle is like a tank and can be used to attack government soldiers and be safe, and body armour gives them a great advantage.
Why are we been dragged into another war supporting the wrong side?
