7- 8 hours daily!
6 to 8 hours a night. If I don't get 8 hours sleep, I am not myself, and my energy level is down (and I can't remember the last time I got 6 hours of sleep, much less 8). Maybe that's what's wrong with me. I am in a bad mood a lot these days. I suffer from severe insomnia.
