A lot of older people prefer to use the book. Also there are some people that may not have access to the internet from home. But I agree that it is a waist of paper for most people. I can't remember the last time I used one.

With the cell phones, and the internet, and now internet on cell phones people can just Google places with Google Map or whatever. So why do they still continue to waste paper and make phone books? It just looks like a misuse of money.
