Pakistan is smaller in size but not weaker than India in military power. Indian nuclear weapons & missiles are much less advanced & very substandard comparatively. India will end within 7 minutes.
Kargil Conflict(mini war) of 77 days lost 3 military jets & 2,70,000 soldiers of India in non nuclear war, ending by Clinton's appeal to Nawaz Sharif on 4 th July, 1999 on behalf of very shy Vajpayee( a definite loser on the ground) like a beggar. Pakistan is yet to return 5 small peaks of Kargil hills, India could not & can't take back militarily.
It is not 1971 in which former USSR fully supported Indian army actively by using its air force & navy. Two Soviet Union's warplanes were shot down & two soviet pilots were caught alive by Pakistan.
Never underestimate your enemy.
Iran-Iraq War 1980-1988 was won by Iraq, 1/4 of Iran & virtually landlocked.
India
There was an Indo-Pakistan war in 1965 and another in 1971 about Bangladash. Neither side really "wins",what ever wins means. Thousands were killed and the UN had to arrange a cease fire in the end.
Both country has too many problems with clean water,feeding their people,etc to worry about wars.
off-course India will win the war against Pakistan.
