A flash mob is where you hear music coming from nowhere, turn around to see a massive CD player and a lot of people who were sat/stood around getting into position. And then you leave, before the crowd eats you, you're forced to dance with them, or before you get trapped in the centre of a bunch of dancing retards.
Its basically what happened when someone really influential got extremely high and decided "HMM, TODAY I WANT TO GO DO A RETARDED DANCE IN PUBLIC WITH A BUNCH OF STRANGERS"
