When was the last woman mass shooter?

Instead of banning guns, ban men with guns ;)

There is no diagnosis that the Navy Yard shooter was mentally ill, nor any evidence that he was on any sort of drugs for a mental condition.

Was he having some sort of mental problem? Probably so. After all, it's not as though sane people pack a shotgun for lunch, go to work and start shooting people.

However it's way too soon to conclude that he was mentally disturbed and on some sort of mind-altering psychiatric medication at the time of the shooting.

The media occasionally talks about better health-care, and the public usually responds very negatively to that.

So the media is telling people, there's just not enough people willing to listen.
