Do you mean that you want to protect young people from bullies, or do you mean that you want to protect everyone? It would probably be easier to focus on just one category of people.
Have you considered working for an existing support group such as Childline, or The Samaritans? Of course there are many organisations which aim to help the vulnerable, and most of them are keen to recruit either voluntary help or paid staff.
Join groups that aim for younger supporting. Google about current ones in your location.

when i was younger i got bullied a hell of alot and i want to protect people so they dont have to go through what i went through but i don't want to join the police or army sorry if my question seems complicated but i just feel like i should protect people
