Not at this point. Guilty or not guilty is what a trial jury should decide. The grand jury has the job of deciding if there is enough evidence for the prosecutor to take to trial. Since the prosecutor McCullough did not want to decide on his own he deferred to the grand jury who basically had all the evidence presented to them (on McCulloughs terms) and the victim had NO representation. There was no justice in this case. The release of the evidence presented has way too many questions still unanswered. There are still a couple of possible lawsuits coming so I hope Brown family gets the justice they deserve.
