Wouldn't it just be wonderful to find them alive somehow, somewhere! Imagine the reaction such a news would evoke in their loved ones!!!
That would be miraculous!
In this day and age of technological advances, something like this happening without any country spotting a big plane's presence in their airspace is really really baffling!
If you think it cannot have been a hijacking, search for the "Bojinka Plot."
My Guesses are based on the following facts:
Communication with MH370 was lost in this order:
Transponder shut off
ACARS shut off
Pilot says: All right, good night
The plane continued to fly for 6 1/2 hours after the last communication (2,250 miles)
After it passed the Straits of Malacca, because it was seen by two radar locations, it turned either to the north or to the south i.e. it did not continue west
1. If to the north, I don't think it could fly over land without be detected so it have had to land very close to the coast, perhaps in Sri Lanka
2. If to the south, the passengers grouped to fight the hijackers and then a depressurization incident making all onboard unconscious and the plane plunged into the Indian Ocean after running out of fuel.
No one has claimed responsibility, so hi jacking or terrorism seems unlikely, but, I suppose that there could be a hijacking and some isolated landing strip could be being used, and a rescue attempt being secretly planned, but that is a bit far fetched as the plane needs a bleedin big runway...
If there was an attempted hijack, the pilots have a number of different ways to communicate this silently and secretly, if it had been damaged in some way it is unlikely that it would disappear instantly, short of being shot from the sky by a large missile, or, pilot suicide, it is difficult to come up with any plausible theories.
It is very sad for all of those people waiting for information about their loved ones, it's strange to think that these things happen in todays world...
Non of you guys havent followed the story from the beginning it seems.
Theory 1.
It has been hijacked by a group who know aviation very well. Such as avionics, radar-blind corridors between the countries etc. It must be taken to a lawless country, because 777 requires a larger proper runway, you cant built such in a jungle..
Theory 2
Something supernatural happened to the plane. I wouldnt say aliens or such but there is a slight possibility. Now the governments are trying their to make up stories to cover it up from the general public.
Why -
1. Why they took so long to look at pinging data once they lost transponder comms
2. How come uncommunicative plane travels across the country (not a planned route) without alerting the airforces of Malaysia, Indonesia. (though transponders are switched off they can still see it on radar, if they were in the range)
3. They had radar data suggesting it went westward, but only revealed many days later.
As a conclusion, malaysians were clueless what actually happened. There is a huge delay between acquiring important data, that suggests they were making up stories deliberately to cover up something very serious.
My conclusion is something supernatural happened to this plane. They are shocked. But they will hide it, with these fabricated believable stories to the mass.
Just today Maylasian authorities confirmed that they beleive the plane's communications and transponder were turned off manually. This would strongly indicate that it was hijacked, and it seems unlikely that the hijackers would not have claimed responsibility or issued some sort of demands by now had not their plans somehow gone tragically awry. Had it been the hijackers' intent to hold the aircraft and its passengers for ransom or political advantage, any co-conspirators on the ground would almost certainly keep silent either to evade the consequences of their failure or in order to faculitate a similar operation once the furor over this one has died down. Given the situation in the world today I would hypothesize the most probable destinations for an attempted hijack to be Somalia, Ukraine, or the mid-east, in that order.
I have rushed you the latest link to the news story from the online Mail. They now know the plane was hijacked i did think the same as you at first but in a fast moving story things change.
They have no idea why it was hijacked. I think the passengers fought back and the plane crashed into the sea ?
ok if they needed fuel and for that they
flew towards India, then why did the
plane did not land in any of the airports of
India? And if they were short on fuel then
how come they fly for such a long time?
The plane was hijacked, diverted to remote location, landed safely, the passengers were executed, and the plane will be used in an upcoming terror attack on a tall building.
"I simply don't understand why they turned off their tracker. "
They did not.
Maybe it's a big makeup. There was maybe no flight MH370. US government working their finest.
Tell me if you think my theories could be right?
I don't think it was a terrorist attack as if it was the terrorist group behind it would have come forward by now as that would be the point of the whole thing. But I'm not completely ruling out the hijack theory.
I do think that maybe there was a problem on the plane and they needed to find land as soon as possible which was why it went off course towards India? But I simply don't understand why they turned off their tracker.
What are some of your theories? And when do you think the poor families effected will finally be given some sort of closure?
