Give it time this is a long process , they may give her second degree Murder ,but I do think it was premeditated she went there one last time to see if he would bring her on the trip with him, gave him one last chance then when she saw she was used again decided to go with her first plan and wipe him out. Its first degree!
There's at least one idiot on there that doesn't believe it's premeditated. Therefore he/she thinks its not first degree even though they have been clearly instructed that they don't all have to agree to premeditation to go with first degree. Felony murder is first degree also, she's clearly guilty of murdering him. Whether she intended to go there to specifically do that or not. Doesn't matter, she killed him, while committing a felony. You can see it any way you like. She assaulted him, it resulted in his death. It's first degree. They dont all have to agree why the first degree, just that they do, based on the criteria.
