The number of people testifying against him means absolutely nothing. It's not a numbers game. (If it were, that would create a competition between the prosecution and defense to see who could put on the most witnesses.)
The quality of the witnesses' testimony is what really counts. His attorneys had a chance to cross-examine the witnesses against him Did any of his attorneys bring up points that undermined their credibility? Has the defense started presenting witnesses yet?
I have no idea whether he's guilty or not. If he's found guilty, I hope he's punished severely since he's accused of some very serious crimes. I just won't form any opinion based on just newspaper or TV reports.
At first, I thought Jerry Sandusky was guilty of these horrific acts....that allegedly happened over some 25 years ago.
Now, I don't know--and I guess no meriting evidence to prove guilt really exists now......
....after seeing that damming police video of case assigned detectives LEADING "Victim #4", coaching him to say Sandusky did certain awful things to him---NEVER MIND IF HE REALLY DIDN'T DO THEM--because they tell "Victim #4" all the other "victims" say it happened; why not "climb on board" and make this case run easy???
If these idiot detectives got caught ON VIDEO leading "Victim #4", convince me they didn't do the same with the OTHER alleged "victims". The DA's office could not offer an answer, after the Judge asked them THAT VERY QUESTION.
Now you see how police BAITING / LEADING witnesses and/or "victims" get criminal charges thrown fast out the door. Three of the charges against Sandusky got hot tossed out; many more of the charges are expected to follow.....and it don't bode well for the Prosecution.
He's a celebrity, has a lot of money, power, and connected to a lot of powerful people (that could fall down along with him!). Those people always get off the hook in this country.

Jerry Sandusky Found Guilty on 45 counts relating to child molestation.
Been watching the trial everyday on TruTV and believe he is guilty in all charges. The man is a sick pervert and needs to spend the rest of his miserable days in prison. Let the "boys" there take care of him.
I think he Guilty, and a sick mind to desire a boy for sex. how can a grown man stoop so low.
A jury will decide . That is the only way.

I do not know all of the details of the case. Based on what I have heard, he should be convicted guilty of some of the charges. 9people took the stand to testify against him and Sandusky never took the stand.
