Strange that nobody else has heard about the Russians bringing a dog's head back to life. The nice thing about claiming the Russians did this or that is that there's hardly ever any scientific evidence provided, just a vague report posted on some lunatic's YouTube site.

One word...absurd.
Any person that engages in a maniacal killing spree and kills themselves after (they usually do) should have their body immediately preserved with ice then artificial breathing instituted then shipped to a facility, preferably in the middle of the country , where they will be hooked up to electricity to reengage life. (there's a video made in Soviet Russia where they cut off a dogs head then connected it to electricity and the dog came back to life, panted and acted normal, hours after its head was cutoff) once life is reinstituted the person will be skinned alive in an open autopsy and then burnt alive. I think even the craziest nut, facing this scenario, will choose to just commit suicide like a normal lunatic and not take 3o ppl with him. if he survives the spree he should be hung up in a town square in a bird cage and pelted with rubbish(which he will have to try and save and eat due to starvation) and die months if not years later. There u go... mass murder epidemic solved.
