I was E mailing an american friend at the time,and she replied back that she had noticed a shaking lasting about 10 seconds. She is ok.
Yep. It knocked some stuff off of tables and shelves at my place. It even spilled water out of my 20 gallon fish tank! It scared the living hell out of me.
I just looked it up and it was a 4.4 on the Richter scale.
