Class System in 1912?

Could you describe what the class system was like in Britain in 1912?

It was totally based on being sustained by a trickle-down effect within a very rigid heirarchy who mostly kept to their born into place in society. Royalty, Aristocracy, Upper Class, Upper Middle Class, Middle Class, Working Class and the very poor living on the streets or in workhouses.

Millions still worked on the land as mechanisation hadn't yet displaced the horse, thousands worked in 'service' for the rich families.

Upper Class, Middle Class, Working Class and destitute. People feared unemployment and illness as there was no welfare state and living rough begging or the work house was the only place for them.

For the second time. Not much different from now. Rich got richer poor got poorer. The rich were idle and workshy while the poor worked harder and harder for no gains.

The rich got richer and the poor suffered, starved, or got drunk.
