NO I don't think humans will ever be forced in western democracies to be micro chipped. I am unable to be so certain in other parts of the world. There would be a big protest if it happened.
Most people will simply agree to it because we'll be told it's for our own safety. In other words, if we're all chipped, then anyone out there planning to blow us up will also be chipped - we hope. But then we all know don't we that the 'bomb mob' will quickly find a way of getting un-chipped, so too will the criminal fraternity.
On the whole I think chipping is a bad idea.
It's very unlikely to happen to my generation of pensioners since we are the most annoying people in any democracy, demanding, rude and in the fact of the political establishment at the drop of a hat.
In other words, they have to deal with us first and the response is 'no deal you Nazi creeps.'

There are an est 12,000,000 pensioners here in UK and we all vote and the political establishment know it.
So, on c7th May 2015 it's out with the old and in with the new - but do be careful because it was Labour who wanted to intro the ID cards and they are much more likely to want to microchip us all anyway. The Tories for all of their evil uncaring attitudes on many issues, at least still believe in Freedom of the Individual and will oppose chipping with massive force.
