Will a nuclear war happen in the 21st century?

Or a huge war like WWIII. I'm really nervous about the outcome and I don't want to die from warfare. Thanks.

I don't think we'll see a huge war like WW2. Thanks to the US, most countries realize that they can't afford to maintain a fighting force of that size.

Instead, I think we'll see a number of small wars.

I don't think we'll see a nuclear war either. Use of those weapons just causes far too much collateral damage with regards to diplomacy and economics to the country that used such a weapon.

We still have 86 years to go in this century but we can see ahead.

'Small nuclear wars' may happen in the Mideast, Iran v Israel, Pakistan v India, and Asia North, Korea v Japan.

The only powers on the planet for the rest of this century who could have world wide nuclear war would be USA +NATO+EU v Russia. So, if Putin or the next Russian dictator doesn't get more crazy than Putin seems to currently be, won't happen.

Highly likely that it will happen in the next five years

Since World War III hasn't happened yet, it is anyone's guess.
