First off, This case strikes a huge interest to me and I am not sure why, I just hope justice is served for this little girl as well. I don't believe she is dead and it frustrates me so badly when people say that she is dead. There is no evidence to prove that she is dead so therefore, most go by the assumption that she is still alive (I know I do) I really believe that there are two possible theories of what happened to her but this is my opinion after reading about the case and the evidence along with it,
One: She was kidnapped to order to a family who wanted a child and could not get a child legally for whatever reasoning that is and they are of course in hiding.
Two: Again, she was kidnapped and sold into a child pedophile ring, sad to ever even think about. I've read there are a bunch of child pedophile rings near Portugal where she was kidnapped or she could have been sold into a family that were pedophiles.
But either way my gut instinct is telling me she is with some kind of family whether it be good or bad. Have you heard about how a girl who looked like Maddy was spotted in Cyprus? It's rather interesting. I just believe she was kidnapped to order which explains the man who was spotted on the beach lurking around by fellow citizens and also snapping photos on the same exact day Maddy was at the beach there. This man had a plan, this man had probably done this before and this man was seen carrying Maddy out of this holiday apartment where they were staying, matching the description of the citizens who saw him lurking around. From there it's a huge mystery but I don't believe the police did their job right at all. They looked past so many useful evidence regarding this case for so long.
I have two theories of what happened to Maddy. However in both my points she is unfortunately dead.
1) After being left alone with her younger brother and sister, she was abducted, raped then further on killed.
2) Her parents "accidentally" killed her and this is a huge cover up. Remember that they are scared of losing their jobs as medics, if they were found to have killed their daughter they would lose their jobs.
Remember that they were with their close friends the night Madeleine disappeared - the friends could have been helping the McCann's. I remember watching a Maddy McCann documentary. in which one of the friends story kept changing.
It's a very sad and tragic story that can only come to one conclusion. But, whoever it is, I hope they get what they deserve.
I think that it's blindingly obvious to most people. Every bit of tangible evidence points one way. A crack team of British police investigators have spent almost 2 years in Portugal investigating the circumstances of Madeleine's disappearance and uncovered not one shred of evidence to the contrary.
The Jimmy Savile case proved how easy it is for individuals to manipulate the media and through clever lawyers allow perpetrators to hide in plain sight indefinitely.
Edit: In over 85% of child "abductions" the perpetrator is known to victim. That's what usually happens in such cases.
Because you cannot possibly have a clue---all anti McCann sicko trolls cannot possibly know--- the question is very stupid and should be removed.
Think she died accidently in the apartment and her parents covered it u - theres never been any evidence of an abduction or of her being seen by anyone other than her parents after being picked up from club
I think she's still alive in another country, I mean she's blonde got blue eyes and is beautiful, I don't think anyone would just take her to kill her - however I'm probably wrong as its a sick world we live in.
I would love her to be allive but I really do think she died ages ago..
I think we all (me included) want to think that she was snatched and is still alive. It definitely beats the alternative.

She was abducted, raped and murdered. Then she was buried in a hole in the ground. That is what normally happens in such cases.
I've been reading up on the case and I find the whole thing so confusing, although the likelihood is that there's a simple explanation. What do you think happened, and why do you think this? Also, what are the chances of the case being solved? I really hope justice is done.
