Well in England where im from, Prince William and Kate celebrated their first wedding anniversary, the Queen celebrated her diamond (60th) jubilee, The London 2012 olympic and paralympics, William and Kate announce Kates pregnancy. I dont know many global stories but heres a few... Barack Obama beat Mitt Romney in the elections, Osama Bin Laden and Colonel Gadaffi are dead. Thats all i can think of:) Great collage idea by the way!!

Tragic loss of Andy Williams, Whitney Housten, Sir Patrick Moore and Neal Armstrong died.
Gangnam Style.
￡100 Million unclaimed lottery ticket.
The Olympics UK.
The floods in UK. Hurricane in US, fires in Australia.
The world financial crisis still.
A terrorist getting shot, a black man getting re-elected, and Miami Heat winning the NBA Finals. Everything else doesn't matter.
