To my knowledge there isn't one, but there is one which lists derelict pubs: http://www.closedpubs.co.uk/

To find abandoned property around the UK would mean applying to every council for their list.

Just google derelict any buildings you want to look at as there are lots of sites. Hospitals, asylums, pubs, houses, etc. Some are really spooky as well!
