People are all scared to die so that's why they panic. Take me for example....I'm getting out of NYC just in case I'm being blown away by the underated Sandy. In other words, I'll rather be save then sorry!!!
Well basically people are worried about the flooding and storm surge, it looks like it is going to hit when it is high tide and a full moon, also because it is going to collide with some other systems.
Keep in mind level One only measures the wind, but the wind isn't the dangerous part here.
How about reposting this question when it's passed?
