Chemtrails..... There are some possibilities here. Even Al Gore admitted on TV that there are some scientists working on this though he did not state how advanced it may be. Look up "Geoengineering" and you will find many news reports. He [Gore] apparently disapproves.
Aliens: Seriously doubt it.
Any Conspiracy? Well people tried to tell us for years that Big Brother was watching. They were called nuts. Now it's proven.
Walter Cronkite, once voted the most trusted man in America was all for a one world government. He was given an award and Hillary Clinton appeared via a video link to praise him.
Edit: There will always be people who say that things aren't true if they don't see it on CNN. While I have little doubt there is a lot of BS floating around that doesn't mean that everything is. People who automatically dismiss something without bothering to find out themselves are just as bad as the people who put out the false crap. Some people want to wear blinders.

Not a single conspiracy theory has any merit at all.
The key to understanding this is looking at the people who spread them.
1. They are almost always *anonymous*. If you have truth to share with
others, why are you ashamed to identify yourself?
2. More important is the character weakness of these people. All of them
feel terribly inadequate. They sense that the world is passing them by.
When you have an inferiority complex - as they certainly do - you look for
ways to show that you really are worthwhile. One method that you can use
is to claim the you have information that very few others have.
"Israel was responsible for 9/11," you say.
"No children died at Sandy Hook School. It was just a story made up to
justify the confiscation of all guns across the country."
"The Sarnaev brothers were not working alone at the Boston Marathon."
"The government knows that space aliens have been landing all over the
country for years, and keeping it a secret."
And on and on and on - with The New World Order, the Illuminati, and every
other pinhead notion out there.
Now, do you see how important these people really are? Do you see why
they matter? Why they should be listened to?
In fact, they are full of crap.
None of the conspiracy 'theories' on any of those topics hold even one drop of water. They're all idiotic and willfully ignorant rants from stupid morons.
One added proof of this is that there ISN'T one conspiracy 'theory' about each of those topics, there are dozens and they *all contradict one another*.
Reality is more boring than a Michael Bey movie, but such movies are really, really stupid.
I dont waste my time with conspiracy theories. I look for the facts in a story, use my own brain and come up with my own opinions.
All any of them lack is a shred of credible evidence.
