Understand this concept and you can be one of the few who know the truth. There are two ways to determine the time between shots.
1. Zapruder film: There are TWO reactions that can be seen that are definitely in response to gunshots
a. Right after men emerge from behind sign, Connally reacts to a shot. That starts at Zapruder frame 224.
b. JFK is shot in the head at frame 313.
The FBI measured the film speed as 18.3 frames per second. A simple calculation shows the time between those two shots is 4.8 seconds.
2. The other way to measure the time between shots uses an audio recording. MANY say it did not record the sounds of the shots but before you believe them, look at the PHOTOBUCKET figure. It shows the time between two of the shots is 4.8 seconds!!!!
The YOUTUBE video shows how shots #3, #4 and #5 line up with the Zapruder film. When you watch you'll see that shot #5 contains a real surprise.
What does all of this mean? It means we have been lied to. Yes, a conspiracy killed JFK and it was done by powerful people in the US Government.
Why have you never seen it before if it is this simple, why has no one else shown this? It turns out many, many mistakes were made by people looking at the evidence. Some of them were honest mistakes but some of the information out there is fraudulent and was altered to hide the truth.
Lee Harvey Oswald did not and could not have fired the fatal shot at frame 313..
If you want to know more, you can read the book. It goes into detail about how all five shots line up with the Zapruder film and the book shows in the last chapter WHO was behind the conspiracy. The US Government will tell any lie even today to keep you guessing.

I think you should review all the evidence you can and then decide which alternative you believe more: that one man alone and unaided killed President Kennedy or whether more people were involved. Beware of people who say that there is a simple and obvious answer to this question.
Before deciding which paper you want to write, consult the best online sources on the subject.
Take look at the "Starting Points" on maryferrell.org. This site has the most comprehensive collection of JFK records on the Internet. This site is skeptical of the theory that Lee Oswald acted alone and has plenty of evidence to back it up.
Then take a look at the JFK Assassination Home Page: http://mcadams.posc.mu.edu/home.htm. This site argues that Oswald did act alone.
How can you make sense of this debate and decide?

Although I don't believe 95% of popular conspiracy theories, this one might actually be true. There is lots of evidence that, although you don't know who exactly killed JFK, it wasn't Oswald, at least not alone. Some things that point to that include the fact that he was killed just days later by Jack Ruby, a man with ties to the mafia. That's a classic way to get rid of a patsy. Another bit of evidence is that Lee Harvey Oswald was not that great a marksman and couldn't have hit a moving target from so far away, especially with the horrible Italian made rifle he had, which was traceable back to him by the way. Also, JFK really did not get along well with the CIA, especially Allan Dulles, who would be the very same guy to head up the Warren Commission, which is the committee which reviewed his death. JFK also had enemies in the mafia. He and his brother aggresively went after the mafia, even though they helped him get elected. There's lots more other evidence, this is just off the top of my head. The best thing to read is actually a book on the topic, more so than websites.
I have taught several courses on the JFK Assassination and I have found it's helpful to organize the material into 3 main threads: 1) What the physical evidence shows. Here it's important to point out there was never a forensic crime scene investigation into the murder. FBI Director Herbert Hoover seized all the evidence to prevent an investigation by Dallas police (or tried to - Dallas police and sheriff officers held back some of the evidence to keep it from disappearing). 2) the extensive evidence showing that Oswald was working for the CIA when he allegedly defected to the Soviet Union, that he continued to work for both the FBI and CIA when he returned to the US and that he was set up as a "patsy," as he always claimed and 3) evidence Louisiana DA Jim Garrison uncovered about the Swiss shell corporation Permindex (and the US corporations who funded it) who paid for the assassination. In 1967 Garrison filed charges against one of the true co-conspirators, a CIA contractor named Clay Shaw.
Since he unquestionably did I think it is best to write the paper about Oswald not only shooting the President but doing it on his own. We know Oswald;

Had the motive
Had the opportunity
He had already attempted political assassination before. Did not play well with others. worked in the building the shots were fired from. The shots were fired from his weapon. He was an expert marksman. The shots all came from the 6th floor of his workplace. He fled the scene after the shooting and killed a cop when trying to flee.
Vincent Bugliosi, the same man who prosecuted and convicted Charlkie Manson, wrote an exhaustive and fantastic book that brings together pretty much every scrap of evidence regarding the JFK assassination. His work shows, beyond any doubt, that Oswald did it, and alone.
Hi! I am writing a research paper on the assassination of JFK. My essential question that i have to answer is "Did Lee Harvey Oswald really kill the president". Im not sure how to go about this! I have got a ton of information but i really don't know what info to use. I have to state two theories but then use evidence to show which one probably killed the president. I cant use my opinion so no "I thinks". But can anyone help me choose which would be better to write a 10 page paper on. EIther that Lee Oswald did kill the president or didnt? Thanks!
