I've been seeing them, too. I was thinking it meant something like I go to the YMCA. You know how they call the YMCA the Y? So, I Y would mean I use the Y...I may be totally off track, but that's all I can come up with.
Definitely the ILLUMINATI... I know it sounds far fetched but you see these guys know all about mind manipulating stealth marketing. They are sending those messages to your subconscious minds.. Pure evil!!
I see them too in the Scranton/Dickson City area. Wish I knew what they really mean? If you find out please post.
It's the black lettering with a black circle around it....similar to all the bumper stickers you would see for vaca spots like OBX. Any clue?
