Yes it's real, who would make up such a cruel lie about this? Besides they're working hard and stuff, so I don't think scammers would work as hard as this.
What do you mean fake or real? Yes it was obviously real, but it actually mainly happened 6 years ago, it is only getting lots of media attention becuase the video went viral.
I think it's definitely real. I saw the video on Youtube and it's scary. I believe it because people wouldn't make posters and everything for something fake.
