If you are talking about the rubble in the pit at Ground Zero then I would say the Memorial Day weekend of 2002 was the time when everything was cleaned up.

WHY did Mayor Rudy Giuliani, order the destruction of valuable evidence
by having trucks roll all night the 9/11/2001 do remove rubble from ground zero,
are there any documentary photographs of the rubble pile before it was disturbed by
cleanup crews?
The fires on ground zero burned for 3 months after the towers fell.The site was officially closed on May 30, 2002 when a single steel girder that stayed upright and was written on by all the departments assisting with the number of their dead, was removed.
