It is a sad state of affairs that the Do Rag Brothers chose Boston and not New York to attack. In Massachusetts the Death Penalty is not currently enforced. Some of the prisons and jails have better accommodations that some of the Boston area hotels. Where else can you get especially prepared Muslim meals three times a day? That son of a beach Dzhokhar Tsarnaev gets better service than a VIP staying in a hotel and on our taxpayer's dime.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was more than an accomplice. He is accused of Conspiracy to Commit Murder. He was a willing participant in several acts of terrorism. And he also fired several fatal shots at now deceased law enforcement officials.

He should get the gas chamber, hanging, or lethal injection. Too bad we could not arrange for a little bit of everything and then hang his dying body in the Boston Common so that the mob could hit him with bats like a human pinata until every bone in his body is broken and slowly chokes at the neck over the course of a day or two.

All those bottom feeder pussy lawyers that use Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and guys like him as a money maker. They are worse than he is.

We the people do not get to go over any factual physical evidence. So no one can answer your question with any truth. We the people get photoshopped pictures on the internet and opinions on the matter. You can not conduct a self investigation or do research on a case of this magnatude off of made up theories and hearsay opinions from people not even involved in the case.

To make the determination that you are asking for, one needs to go over physical, non tampered with evidence, facts, DNA, collected crime scene evidence. And the only human beings that have this type evidence, have researched it and actually held the evidence in thier hands, are the FBI, the prosecutor, that kids defense team, and soon the judge and jury. THEY will decide that kids fate.

Ignoring the video footage - which is already pretty damning - there's also the evidence that his dorm room contained the same bomb materials, including pressure cookers, as those found at the bomb site.

And if that's not enough, there's the footage from the gas station showing him and his brother in the SUV they had just car jacked. Then there's the shootout with police, where one officer was shot and killed. The SUV had a large bag full of additional pressure cooker bombs. Again, identical to the ones found at the bomb site.

Just being an accomplice in the shooting death of the officer is enough to send him to prison for 20 years.

If just one of the bombing charges stick, that's life in prison, at best, and there's over 300 of those.

So....yeah. He's guilty. Exactly how "guilty" - meaning how many consecutive life sentences or death sentences he gets - doesn't really matter at this point.

Ordinary people dont know that. Thats why they have a trial where all the evidence from one side or the other is given and the jury decides. We have to assume the police must have some pretty strong evidence to charge a suspect ?

*Okay so i'm not interested in hearing the bull crap about the people who have no information what so ever on this case. I'm looking for those that have actually spent time looking at all of the 'evidence' brought forward and the conspiracies that follow along with it from all points of views or don't answer this..*

From being almost a year anniversary of the Boston Bombings, do you believe that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is innocent or guilty?

Many, from my understanding believe that the puzzle does not complete at all. This being not even needing the information that is going to be brought forward in the trial. Seems to me many are believing the government had everything to do with it and knew straight from the start,
