Tupac Amaru Shakur (June 16, 1971 – September 13, 1996) was shot on September 7, 1996 in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was taken to the Southern Nevada University Medical Center, where he died six days later. You must have seen someone who looks a lot like him, because there is 7 billion people in the world. Somebody has to look the same as him. You might be thinking of the Komodo Dragon who are from Indonesia, and I doubt that he is one of those.
