Yes, she definitely knew that her daughter was dead, and I'm sure that she had a hand in her daughter's death (not entirely sure if it was done on purpose or by accident, either way, Casey went through great pains to cover up her daughter's death and pretend that she was "kidnapped")
If Casey was truly innocent of any wrongdoing, she would not have made up the stories that she did nor lead the police on wild goose chases. Unfortunately, the prosecution was unable to collect enough evidence against Casey to convict her (though, in my opinion, there was PLENTY of circumstantial evidence to indicate that Casey killed her daughter).
Interestingly enough, Scott Peterson was convicted of first-degree murder based purely on circumstantial evidence, while Casey Anthony walked away scot-free. Just goes to show that our judicial system is not a perfect one and that a jury CAN be swayed based on how likeable you are.
I think she knows what happened to her daughter, and that she caused the death of her daughter weather it be intentional or unintentional, or that she knows who killed the child and is so scared of them to this day to say anything.
Well, she waited over a MONTH to report her "missing" and during that time she was "missing" CA went out and partied drank and drugged...so yes, I think she is one hundred percent guilty.
