Shame on them. SHAME on them and all bullies out there. She had the courage to post it online so people would open their eyes to what's going. The message rings loud and clear:

She was a human being, and was treated like a piece of crap. That's all the reason in the world.
Are you sure all those views occured while she was alive? A lot of them may be there because now her death is nation-wide and many looked for the video.
Also sometimes it takes more than just people online to help you. She probably needed help from people in person.

In the video she said that she just needs somebody. The video got 1,600,000 views. Is it possible that just cause the views she was getting to many people who wanted to help and that overwhelmed her? I personally would of personally to become her friend. I just didn't know about it tell today.
